Paul Fava is a retired Federal Police Officer and was a Chief Investigator with the Nevada Attorney Generals Office.  He has over 31 years of Law Enforcement experience; over 25 years as a field investigator.  He has been in the private sector since 1992 and founded our firm in 2004.

Richard Macklin is a retired Henderson, NV, Police Department Detective, serving over 30 years and specifically assigned Fraud and Missing Persons investigations over his last 12 years.  Also, he has a Criminal Justice A.S. Degree from UNLV and is a U.S. Army (Vietnam) veteran.  Since joining NUMARK in 2004, he has gained extensive Private Investigative experience and is now our licensed Qualifying Agent.

Scott McLeod retired as a Technical Sergeant after serving 20 years in the United States Air Force where he was an Aircraft Fuel Systems Repair Specialist and a Quality Assurance Specialist.  His vast knowledge of computer systems is a great asset to NUMARK.  Since joining the firm in 2004, he has gained extensive experience in the Investigative field and is working toward his Private Investigator’s license.
